Perhaps only someone knows how the journey of this actor who rose from zero to hero ended in helplessness. Born on 8 September 1946 in the valleys of Kashmir, this young man wanted to become an actor since childhood.
This desire brought him to the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune, from where the actor started his film career. He struggled a lot to achieve a position and his struggle brought him to the Punjabi film industry. His father Mohanlal was a Kashmiri music composer who was also the director of Mumbai Doordarshan.
After 1973, he emerged as a big face of the Punjabi industry. But it is said that you may get anything in life, but the desire to get something more never ends. This Punjabi actor also dreamt of going to Bollywood, which was fulfilled by producer Shivkumar. He made his Bollywood debut with the film Ang Se Ang Lagle (1974).

Actor Satish Kaul also worked in the Hindi film industry but did not get much success. So he turned to the Punjabi film industry. Here his magic worked on people’s minds and he has given many superhit Punjabi films in his career.
