29 July Schedule India At Paris Olympics 2024: India got its first medal in Paris Olympics 2024 on Sunday (28 July). Women’s shooter Manu Bhaker won the first medal for India, which was bronze. Now today i.e. on Monday, 29 July, India can get not one or two but three gold medals. In this, two medals can come through individual players and one through a team. Two individual medals can come in shooting. The remaining one medal is expected in archery.
In shooting, Ramita Jindal and Arjun Babuta will try to increase their medal tally. Last Sunday, Ramita finished fifth in the women’s 10m air rifle qualification round. Arjun Babuta finished seventh in the men’s 10m air rifle qualification round. A total of 8 players from the qualification round have made it to the finals. Ramita Jindal will be seen in action at 1 pm and Arjun Babuta at 3:30 pm.
Apart from this, medals are also expected from the archery team comprising Dheeraj Bommdevara, Tarundeep Rai and Praveen Jadhav. Now it will be interesting to see how many medals India gets today. Apart from shooting and archery, Indian athletes will be seen showing their prowess in many other sports.
