After winning the toss and batting first, Pakistan’s team collapsed on a score of just 108 runs. The Pak team was all out in 19.2 overs. Gul Ferozza and Muniba Ali came to open for Pakistan. Muniba was out on a score of 11 runs. Pooja made her her victim. Feroz was out on a personal score of 5 runs. Amin played an important innings of 25 runs. But he wasted 35 balls. Deepti and Renuka bowled lethally for Team India. Deepti took 3 wickets for 20 runs in 4 overs. Renuka took 2 wickets for 14 runs in 4 overs. Shreyanka Patil gave just 14 runs in 3.2 overs and took 2 wickets. Pooja took 2 wickets for 31 runs in 4 overs.

The first semi-final of the tournament will be played on 26 July. The second semi-final will also be held on the same day. The final match of the Women’s Asia Cup will be played on 28 July.
