Apart from this, he also won the Player of the Match award for the final match. Ravichandran Ashwin became the highest wicket taker in Champions League Twenty20 2010. Due to which he received the Player of the Tournament award.

Champions League Twenty20 2010 Final Match Highlights
Warriors won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first, Warriors scored 128 runs in 20 overs losing 7 wickets. In which Warriors captain Davy Jacobs scored the highest 34 runs. Muttiah Muralitharan took 3 wickets for Warriors.
In response, Dhoni’s team Chennai Super Kings made a great start. Opener Michael Hussey scored an unbeaten 51 and Murali Vijay scored 58 runs. In 19 overs, Chennai scored 132 runs after losing two wickets and won this final match.
Chennai Super Kings won their second Champions League Twenty20 title in 2014 against Kolkata Knight Riders at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.
