Ola Electric Mobility Share: The troubles of electric two-wheeler company Ola Electric Mobility are not showing an end. The Department of Consumer Affairs has decided to investigate the company’s claim that out of 10,644 complaints, it has resolved 99.1 percent of the complaints. Ola Electric itself had said in its regulatory filing that it has received a notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority and has been asked to respond within 15 days.
In the information given to the stock exchange on October 21, 2024, Ola Electric said that Ola Electric has a comprehensive system to resolve consumer complaints regarding vehicles. We would like to inform that out of the total 10,644 complaints received from the Central Consumer Protection Authority, 99.1 percent of the complaints have been resolved to the complete satisfaction of the customers under the strong redressal mechanism of Ola Electric.
The New Indian Express, quoting sources, said in its report that the Department of Consumer Affairs will investigate this claim of Ola Electric and the ministry will also contact the customers who had complained to the Central Consumer Protection Authority regarding the poor services of the company. Ola will personally contact them and confirm Electric’s claim.

Earlier on Tuesday, October 29, Ola Electric Mobility’s stock slipped below its IPO price of Rs 76 for the first time on the stock exchange. The company’s shares slipped below the IPO price of Rs 76 for the first time and fell to Rs 74.84. However, in the trading session of Wednesday, October 30, Ola Electric shares are trading at Rs 78.71 with a rise of 3.13 percent.
