Nayanthara and Vignesh got married in June 2022. The couple are parents of twins – Uir and Ulag.

However, Nayanthara’s show on Netflix is stuck in legal trouble before its release. Actor-producer Dhanush has filed a copyright case of Rs 10 crore against the makers of the project. The reason for this is the 3-second clip of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan produced by Dhanush and shown in the documentary trailer. Nayanthara also gave a befitting reply by writing an open letter to Dhanush on her Instagram feed.

Nayanthara had criticized Dhanush for refusing to give NOC to use elements of ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’. He told in the letter that during the making of his Netflix documentary, he had sought permission from Dhanush to use scenes from his 2015 film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan. However, Dhanush refused to give them permission and instead sent them a legal notice demanding damages of Rs 10 crore.
