India vs New Zealand 3rd Test Playing 11 And Pitch Report: Team India, which had lost the first two Tests, will now play the third Test match against New Zealand from November 1. New Zealand will go without Kane Williamson
Senior batsman Kane Williamson did not play in the first two Tests. According to the report, Williamson will not be a part of the Kiwi team in the third test also. In Bengaluru, New Zealand had decided to field with three fast bowlers, but in Pune the Kiwi team had fielded with two fast bowlers. Matt Henry, who was the hero of the Kiwi team’s victory in the first Test, did not play the second Test.
Will Jasprit Bumrah and Rishabh Pant get rest?
If reports are to be believed, star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah and wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant will not be seen playing in the third test. Both these veterans will be given rest. Harshit Rana can debut in place of Bumrah. Dhruv Jurel is likely to get a chance in place of Pant.
Mumbai’s Wankhede pitch report
Wankhede pitch has always been batting friendly in white ball format. High scoring matches have been seen here many times in ODI and T20, but the pitch of this ground is different in Test. New Zealand spinner Ajaz Patel took all 10 wickets in an innings of the Test against India at the same ground in 2021. Once again spin track will be seen here. Both teams can field with three spinners each.
