ICC Hall of Fame: The International Cricket Council has announced a special honour. This honor has to be given to cricketers. These include India’s Neetu David, former England captain Alastair Cook and South Africa’s AB de Villiers. The name of this honor is ICC Hall of Fame. These three veterans have become the 113th, 114th and 115th members to receive this honour. Sports personalities congratulated him on this special occasion.
Neetu David is the first Indian woman to take 100 wickets
Neetu David is a milestone in the history of Indian women’s cricket. She has been a left-arm spinner and became the second Indian woman player to be inducted into the ICC Hall of Fame. Earlier this honor was given to Diana Edulji. David represented the country in 10 Tests and 97 ODI matches and became the first Indian woman to take 100 wickets in ODI cricket. He also has an amazing record of taking 8 wickets in an innings of a test match.

Alastair Cook, one of England’s most successful Test batsmen, scored 12,472 Test runs during his career. As of 2018, he was England’s leading run and century scorer. His memorable innings include the 2010–11 Ashes series, where he scored 766 runs and led England to victory in Australia after 24 years. Under Cook’s captaincy, England won the series in India in 2012, which happened for the first time in the last 28 years.
AB de Villiers
AB de Villiers is known for his unique batting style and fast play. He has the record of scoring the fastest 50, 100 and 150 runs in ODI cricket. He has 20,014 runs to his name in international cricket and his best score in Test cricket is 278* runs against Pakistan in 2010. De Villiers also played an important role in taking South Africa to the semi-finals of the World Cup in 2015.
