The question of what to eat and what not to eat during Navratri often comes to mind. In such a situation, Sabudana is the best. Today we will tell you how you can use it in the form of Vada apart from making Sabudana Kheer.
To make Sabudana Vada, first of all you have to soak 1 cup of Sabudana in water for at least 5 hours or overnight. There should be enough water so that Sabudana gets immersed in it.
It is most important to soak the sabudana properly. It should neither be too soft nor too tight. Because this decides how the vada will be made. Now take a pan and roast the peanuts in it. After it turns light brown, grind it coarsely in a mixer.
After this, take a bowl and mash 3-4 boiled potatoes well in it. Add sago, coarsely ground peanuts, green chillies, green coriander, buckwheat flour, salt, lemon to the potatoes. Mix everything well and fry it.
