Identify if your boss gives false praise by these things
- If your boss scolds you in front of everyone and praises you secretly, then know that he is giving false praise. A good boss is one who criticizes in front of everyone and also praises.
- If your boss takes out his anger on you then know that he is not in your best interest. Instead of getting angry at the boss at the employee, one should explain it to him lovingly. In such a situation, you should understand what your boss is trying to do.
- If your boss discriminates while giving work then it is not a sign of a good boss. The boss should treat every employee equally. He should think about the growth of the company as well as the employees.
- If your boss rejects your idea and asks you to work on his idea every time, then understand that your boss does not trust you. The boss should trust the abilities of his employees.
- If your boss does not promote you after praising you for a year, then you should understand that he can only console you. Promotion of working people boosts their morale. In such a situation, if your boss praises you throughout the year, then understand that he is giving false praise.
