When is National Boss Day celebrated?
National Boss’s Day in the United States has been celebrated on or around October 16 every year since 1962. If October 16 falls on a weekend, it is celebrated on the next working day. This day was created to show your gratitude towards a great boss who inspires and supports you. This is a great opportunity to strengthen the employee-employer relationship. Question: What would you do if you became the boss for a day?
A friend said: I will give work from home to everyone…office internet will be saved, light will be saved, tea and coffee expenses will be saved, cab diesel will be saved…do not complete the work on time. A reduction of Rs 200 per day in the salary of the recipients…so that the work can be completed even while staying at home.
The second friend said: Like Anil Kapoor’s hero, I will get everyone’s files opened
A third colleague said:The salaries which have been reduced will be increased, so that the morale of the people increases and they do their work well. Will be concerned only with work (as has been the case…). Will be allowed to work comfortably, so that the quality improves further. People should apply to God to work in my company, such an environment will be created.
I will not take credit for the hard work of fellow employees, I will give due respect to their hard work.

First of all I will hold an open meeting with my team. I will focus on solving their problems along with taking suggestions to improve the work. If possible, I will work for 5 days and give two days off. So that everyone can balance their work life. I will encourage good work and work as per strategy to get maximum marks.

A partner said:If we become the boss for a day, we will guide our juniors well. And will make their work easier. Along with this, we will appreciate them for the work done by them.
The second partner said: If I am made the boss for a day, then I will first of all appreciate all my colleagues. I will listen to them so that I can know their opinions, suggestions and problems on any subject. After this I will be able to take decisions in their interest.
The third partner said: If I become the boss for a day, I will talk to my employee, His point of view I will listen, organize some interesting activity and ask about their future plans.
If I become the boss for a day, my aim will be to ensure that my employees remain happy and there is no pressure on them. , he should share things openly with me and the job of a good boss is to bring unity in the team and carry on teamwork.
