Speaking at the Kautilya Economic Conclave, Prime Minister Modi said that soon India will have 5 semiconductor plants. We will install semiconductor chips in India and supply them to the whole world. These Made in India chips will benefit the entire world including India. PM Modi said that by making all kinds of policy reforms, we are providing full benefits to the Indian economy. We have made the Company Act in the interest of businessmen by changing more than 40 thousand rules.
We are trying to become the third largest economy in the world.
He said that with the economic progress in India, it is taking everyone along. The result of this is that in the last 10 years, about 25 crore people have come out of poverty. We will continue to move forward on the path of reforms. He said that our government will continue the policy of reform, perform and transform. The government of the country will continue to take decisions following these mantras. We will continue to move the country forward at a fast pace. India is the fastest growing economy in the world today. Today India’s GDP is the 5th largest in the world. We are trying to become the third largest economy in the world.
