Bengaluru: This famous city of the South, which is called India’s Tech City or Silicon City, has a very famous traffic and it takes hours for the people living in this city to travel even on the normal routes. Now, to overcome this problem, a big announcement has been made by the Railways. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has said that Namo Bharat trains will soon be run in Bengaluru, through which the travel time of daily commuters in this city will reduce. Namo Bharat trains are currently being manufactured at Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) in Bengaluru.
Namo Bharat train will run in these two cities
The Railway Minister said that the names of the two cities between Bengaluru and which Namo Bharat trains will run are Bengaluru-Tumkuru and Bengaluru-Mysore. Cities around Mysuru and Mysuru also make transportation between cities easier, so these new train projects are a great solution to the increasing transport problems in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka.
Talking to reporters in Bengaluru, Ashwini Vaishnav said that Bengaluru is progressing at a very fast pace. After this, the problem of traffic is a big topic here and the central government will focus on managing the transport properly to make the traffic easier in this tech city. Along with the sub-urban rail project, we are working on bringing the brand new Namo Bharat train to the city. At present, the names of the two cities between which Namo Bharat trains will run are Bengaluru-Tumkuru and Bengaluru-Mysuru. Ashwini Vaishnav said this after the unveiling of Vande Bharat Sleeper Coach in Bengaluru and also gave information about the further plans of Railways for Bengaluru.

Safety and facilities are the priority of Railways-Ashwini Vaishnav
The Railway Minister said that Indian Railways is aiming to focus on providing ultimate convenience to the train passengers while travelling. Such trains are being run through which trains with low price i.e. affordable tickets can be brought. Safety is the priority of the Railways and there are many sensors in these trains in which an armor system has been installed to inform the loco pilot of any danger. These trains will compete with the best trains of the world.
