MP TET 2024 Notification Out: Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board (MPESB) has released the notification for Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (MP TET) on 27 September 2024. Interested candidates can apply online from 1 October to 15 October 2024. This examination is being conducted for the post of primary teacher and the date of the examination has also been announced.
MP TET 2024 Notification Out: Exam date and schedule
MP TET 2024 exam will be conducted on 10 November 2024 at various examination centers in the state of Madhya Pradesh. This examination will be conducted in two shifts. For the first shift, candidates will have to report between 7:00 am to 8:00 am, while for the second shift, the reporting time will be between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes, in which the first shift will be from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and the second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

MP TET 2024 Notification Out: Required eligibility
Candidates wishing to apply for Class 1 to 5 must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Additionally, the age limit for the candidates may vary as per government rules, and they must be within the age limit specified in the official advertisement. It is also worth noting that for the examination, candidates must be a native of Madhya Pradesh or have a valid residence certificate of the state.
MP TET 2024 Notification Out: How will be the exam pattern?
The MP TET exam will have a total of 150 multiple choice questions, divided into five sections: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Each section will have 30 questions carrying 30 marks each, giving a total of 150 marks.
MP TET 2024 Notification Out: This much application fee will have to be paid
To apply, unreserved category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. Whereas candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Divyangjan will have to pay a reduced fee of Rs 250 if they are natives of Madhya Pradesh.
