Then he said that many types of thoughts come to my mind and it is because of too many thoughts that my mind remains disturbed. Buddha says- What will happen if you stand in the sun continuously?
The boy says- I will feel intense heat, my body will start burning and I will feel restless. Buddha says, if standing in the sun makes you feel uneasy, then is it the fault of the sun’s heat or yours? The boy understands Buddha’s words. Buddha says- If you want coolness then you will have to live in the shade. Similarly, to stay away from anger and stress, you will have to create a different direction for the thoughts and emotions going on in your mind.
Second stage of mental peace
According to Buddha, before calming the mind, it is important to know the dimensions of the body, because at the body level we have action organs and knowledge organs, which are related to action and knowledge. If you know karma and knowledge, you will also enjoy your work by increasing your sensitivity. By going to the dimensions of the body, the mind will also become calm. Buddha says that moving a person away from the mind and coming to the dimension of the body gives the same kind of relief as moving away from the sun and coming into the shade.
Third stage of mental peace
The boy asked Buddha how can we listen to our inner voice? Buddha answers. Close your eyes by going to some place where there is peace. Here you will be able to hear the inner voice away from the noise going on inside your mind. This tune continues in the mind. But due to outside noise the voice of the mind cannot be heard. The sound of the mind is heard only when both the ears are closed. By listening to the tune of the mind, the restlessness of the mind also goes away.
