Money Rules From 1 August 2024: The month of July is about to end. With the beginning of the new month of August, many such rules are going to change which will directly affect the pockets of common people. Let’s know about this. There are going to be many changes in the rules of HDFC Bank credit card from August 2024. Now 1 percent transaction charge will be levied on payment of rent from credit card to use of services like CRED, Cheq, MobiKwik, Freecharge etc.
Its limit has been fixed up to Rs 3000. On the other hand, for fuel transactions of more than Rs 15000, you will have to pay 1 percent service charge on the entire amount, the maximum limit of which will be Rs 3000. Apart from this, Rs 299 will be charged on EMI processing charge.
The price of gas cylinder is fixed at the beginning of every month. Last month the prices of commercial gas had come down. It is expected that this time too the government can reduce the prices.
Google Maps services have become cheaper in India. This rule will come into effect from August 1, 2024. According to this, now customers will have to pay 70 percent less charge for availing its services. The money for this service will now be charged in Indian Rupees instead of Dollars.
Banks will remain closed for 14 days in the month of August. This also includes holidays like Rakshabandhan, Janmashtami and Independence Day.
