To make laddus for diabetes patients, you will need some ingredients. Like 1 cup moong dal, 1 cup fenugreek seeds, small bowl of jaggery, ghee, one cup dry fruits, one teaspoon cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron. Using all these ingredients, you can make tasty laddus for sugar patients.
How to make Laddu
To make laddus, you have to soak moong dal and fenugreek seeds in water the night before. Now grind fenugreek seeds and moong dal separately in a mixer. After this, heat ghee in a pan and fry the ground moong dal and fenugreek seeds in it.
Now mix ground lentils, fenugreek seeds, dry fruits, cardamom powder and saffron in the melted jaggery. Now mix this mixture well and turn off the gas, then take it out in a wide vessel and let it cool down a bit. When it cools down a bit, make small laddus with your hands.
