Madhu Maintain: Madhu Mantena, producer of hit films like Ghajini and Queen, has bought three premium apartments in Juhu area of Mumbai. According to Squareyard, their total price is Rs 25.75 crore. Madhu Mantena has registered these apartments in the name of her company Big Bang Mediaverse Private Limited.

According to Squareyard, these three apartments have been purchased in Jeevan Estates Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Juhu. The largest apartment among these is 1550 square feet, which has been purchased for Rs 10.95 crore. This also includes stamp duty fees of Rs 65.7 lakh.
The second apartment is of 1250 square feet, its price is Rs 8.8 crore. Stamp duty fee of Rs 52.8 lakh is involved in this. The smallest apartment among these is of 851 square feet, it has been purchased for Rs 6 crore, which includes stamp duty fee of Rs 36 lakh. Registration of all these has been done this month and Rs 30 thousand has been charged for the registration of each flat.

Bollywood star Kartik Aryan also took an apartment on rent in the same area of Mumbai in August, for which he has to pay a rent of Rs 4.5 lakh every month.
