Shreyas Iyer’s century went in vain
Shreyas Iyer scored 114 runs for Mumbai in just 55 balls. In this innings, he batted at a tremendous strike rate of 207.27 and hit 5 fours and 10 skyscraper sixes. Unfortunately, his excellent innings proved unsuccessful in helping Mumbai win. For Mumbai, Hardik Tamore contributed 84 runs, while Ayush Mhatre contributed 78 runs. The most surprising thing was that the most expensive bowler for Mumbai was Shardul Thakur, who gave away 72 runs in just 6 overs.
