Kareena Kapoor On Taimur Name Controversy: These days, Kareena Kapoor is in discussion about her upcoming film ‘Singham Again’. Recently she was spotted at Mumbai airport with her husband Saif Ali Khan and children Taimur and Jeh. When Kareena gave birth to her elder son in 2016 and named him Taimur, there was a lot of uproar about it. Now after 8 years, the actress has spoken on this matter and said that she has faced many things.
In a recent interview given to Miss Malini, Kareena Kapoor said- ‘My grandfather always told us that the truth is that he is talking about you, whether good or bad, he is talking about you only. Because, why wouldn’t they talk? Therefore, if you want to become a superstar then you have to take it seriously. Otherwise this place is not for you. You have to have a heart of stone.’

Talking about the controversy regarding Taimur’s name, Kareena said- ‘It definitely affected me that people were talking about Taimur’s name. He probably doesn’t even know about the drama going on around his name. But, he also got a lot of love for the fact that people were so interested in him and I said but, why? Because people don’t know him and he is small.
Kareena Kapoor gives this advice to her children
Kareena Kapoor further said- ‘I think now gradually he will understand. They are understanding that there is a whole culture where people follow them or their pictures are being taken. I have to keep reminding her that it’s important that you do something on your own because your parents did something. He slowly figured it out and I took it seriously.
How was Saif’s reaction to the uproar over Taimur’s name?
During this time, Kareena also revealed Saif Ali Khan’s reaction on the uproar regarding Taimur. He said- ‘Saif was very comfortable and calm about this. He said that we need to remain calm and we need to be relaxed. I’m glad we had each other to discuss that. This is why I share a lot on Instagram, and yet I don’t share much on Instagram.
The actress says- ‘I am happy that I am available to my fans for the things that they need to see, but on one side there is also that because of the things I have gone through, I will always be a little distant. ‘
