Joginder Sharma shared some pictures of his meeting with MS Dhoni on social media. He used the song ‘Ae Yaar Sun Yaari Teri…’ on these pictures.
Apart from this, while captioning the pictures, former Indian fast bowler and current DSP of Haryana Police, Joginder Sharma wrote, “It was nice to meet MS Dhoni after a very long time. It was a different pleasure to meet you today after 12 years.”
Joginder Sharma’s career did not last long
Joginder Sharma, who became the hero of the T20 World Cup final for India, had a very short international career. He played international cricket for Team India from 2004 to 2007. During this time, the former Indian pacer played 4 ODIs and 4 T20 International matches. He took only 1 wicket in 4 ODI innings. He scored 35 runs in batting. Apart from this, Joginder Sharma took 4 wickets in 4 T20 International innings.
He used to play domestic cricket for Haryana. The World Cup hero played a total of 77 first class matches. In these matches, he took 297 wickets while bowling and scored 2804 runs with the help of 5 centuries and 10 half-centuries while batting.
