Jio recharge plan: IPL 2025 is going to start from 22 March. Earlier, Reliance Jio has launched another recharge plan of Rs 100. This is a new data-only recharge plan, in which 5GB data and 90-day Jio Hotstar Subscription will be available with a recharge of Rs 100. This pack with data benefits is currently listed on jio.com.
After the merger of Jio Cinema and Disney+ Hotstar, this company led by Mukesh Ambani has removed the basic geosinema benefit from all its recharge plans. That is, to stream the 18th season of IPL starting from 22 March, you have to subscribe to Jio Hotstar.
Jio prepaid plan for 100 rupees
The validity of the pack will remain for 90 days.
In this, customers will get a total of 5GB high-speed internet.
After the 5GB limit is over, the internet will be available at a speed of 64 kbps.
This facility will not be available with the plan
Through this budget friendly plan, you will be able to stream the content with 1080p resolution (for 90 days) on smartphones and smart TVs, which will be a best option for IPL fans. However, there will be no facility of calling or SMS. With Jio Hotstar subscription, users will need to take a base plan to activate this new data-only pack of Jio.
It is different from second regular plan
The price of the second regular Jio Hotstar Mobile Plan is Rs 149 for 90 days, in which the content can be seen on the same device and also contains ads. In this plan of 100 rupees, users will be able to stream many live sports like web series, movies, IPL 2025 on both smartphones and smartvy at 1080p resolution. In comparison, the price of a standalone recharge plan equal to Jio Hotstar’s super plan is Rs 299.
