Using a laptop can affect your manhood
In the modern lifestyle, technology has entered life to such an extent that it is acceptable to leave the partner’s side once, but distance from smartphone and laptop is not tolerated. How dangerous are heat and electromagnetic fields?
Dr. Ruby Yadav told that if you also use a laptop continuously for a long time. Especially if you use it by keeping it on your lap, then it can affect the fertility of men. She said, ‘The results found on this matter are not completely clear yet. Despite this, a research conducted in 2024 revealed that the electromagnetic field generated by laptops and smartphones can increase infertility. The heat and electromagnetic field emitted from the laptop can cause hyperthermia. Actually, sudden increase in temperature and oxidative stress can damage DNA. This has a very bad effect on the quality of sperm.’
According to the report of News18, Kanika Malhotra said that there is a risk of increasing the temperature of the testicles by using the laptop on the lap. She said that the temperature required to produce sperm is slightly lower than the body temperature. In such a situation, if you use the laptop for a long time by keeping it on your lap, then the temperature of the parts around the testicles can increase. This can lead to a decrease in sperm count and mobility, which increases the risk of decreasing fertility.
15 to 20% of young couples are unable to conceive
If we look at health reports and their statistics, infertility is becoming a major issue. About 15 to 20% of young couples are facing difficulty in conceiving. In such a situation, it is very important to consider the reasons that are causing impotence. According to health experts, a study conducted in early 2005 showed a decline in sperm production. The biggest reason behind this was found to be the dependency on laptops, cell phones and the ever-increasing electronic gadgets.

Instead of continuously working on the laptop, keep taking breaks in between.
