- Sunrisers Hyderabad: Sunrisers Hyderabad has retained 5 players by spending Rs 75 crore. Hyderabad has a right to match card for an uncapped player. Now Sunrisers Hyderabad has Rs 45 crore left for the IPL 2025 mega auction.
- Mumbai Indians: Mumbai Indians have retained 5 players. Mumbai has spent Rs 75 crore in retaining these players. Therefore now only Rs 45 crore is left in the purse of Mumbai Indians. Hyderabad has a right to match card for an uncapped player.
- Kolkata Knight Riders: Kolkata Knight Riders have retained 6 players. Kolkata has spent Rs 69 crore in retaining these players. Therefore, now only Rs 51 crore is left in the purse of Kolkata Knight Riders.
- Chennai Super Kings: Chennai Super Kings has retained 5 players by spending Rs 65 crore. Chennai has a right to match card for an uncapped player. Now Chennai Super Kings have Rs 55 crore left for the IPL 2025 mega auction.
- Lucknow Super Giants: Lucknow Super Giants has retained 5 players. Lucknow has spent Rs 51 crore in retaining these players. Therefore, now only Rs 69 crore is left in the purse of Lucknow Super Giants. Lucknow has a right to match card for a capped player.
- Gujarat Titans: Gujarat Titans have retained 5 players by spending Rs 51 crore. Gujarat has a right to match card for one capped player. Now Gujarat Titans have Rs 69 crore left for the IPL 2025 mega auction.
- Delhi Capitals: Delhi Capitals has spent Rs 43.75 crore to retain 4 players. Delhi has two right to match cards. With which it can buy one uncapped and capped player each or both capped players. Now Delhi Capitals has Rs 76.25 crore left for the IPL 2025 mega auction.
- Royal Challengers Bangalore: Royal Challengers Bangalore has retained 3 players. Bengaluru has spent Rs 37 crore in retaining these players. In such a situation, now only Rs 83 crore is left in the purse of Royal Challengers Bangalore. Bengaluru has three right to match cards. With which he can buy one uncapped and 2 capped players or he can buy all three capped players.
- Punjab Kings: Punjab Kings have retained 2 players by spending Rs 9.5 crore. Punjab has right to match cards for four capped players. Now Punjab Kings have Rs 110.5 crore left for the IPL 2025 mega auction.
