IPL 2025 Mega Auction Vaibhav Suryavanshi: Rajasthan Royals have placed a big bet on Vaibhav Suryavanshi. Rajasthan bought Vaibhav in IPL 2025 mega auction for Rs 1.10 crore. They were sold at many times more than the base price. Vaibhav is the youngest player to be sold in the auction. He is just 13 years old and has made many records at a young age. Vaibhav has performed strongly for Under 19 Team India.
Delhi Capitals clashed with Rajasthan in the auction for Vaibhav. But Rajasthan won the game. Delhi Capitals made the first bid on Vaibhav. But Delhi made the last bid of up to Rs 1 crore. Whereas Rajasthan bought it for Rs 1.10 crore. The base price of Vaibhav Suryavanshi was only Rs 30 lakh.
Vaibhav has scored a century for Under 19 Team India –
Vaibhav is originally from Bihar. He made his Ranji debut in 2023. He played his debut match at the age of 12 years and 284 days. Now he is ready to play in IPL. Vaibhav has given explosive performances for India’s Under 19 team. He scored a century for Team India. Vaibhav played a match against the Under 19 Australian team in Chennai. A century was scored in this. Vaibhav had scored 104 runs facing only 62 balls.
Rajasthan also spent money on these players –
Rajasthan bought the most expensive player in the auction in the form of Joffra Archer. The team bought Archer for Rs 12.50 crore. Rajasthan bought Tushar Deshpande for Rs 6.50 crore. Whereas Wanindu Hasaranga was bought for Rs 5.25 crore. Mahish Theekshana was bought for Rs 4.40 crore. Nitish Rana has also become a part of Rajasthan. Bought him for 4.20 crores.
