IPL 2025 Mega Auction Day 2 Foreign Players: The mega auction for IPL 2025 is taking place in Jeddah city of Saudi Arabia. The first day (24 November) of the two-day long auction has been completed. Now on the second day i.e. even today (25th November) many big bids can be made in the auction. On the first day, Rishabh Pant was sold at the most expensive price of Rs 27 crore. Whereas Jos Buttler became the most expensive foreign player in the auction, sold for Rs 15.75 crore. But today i.e. on the second day, 5 foreign players can break Butler’s record and Pant’s record can also be in danger.
1- Sam Curran
Sam Curran remained with Punjab Kings till IPL 2024. Punjab bought him for Rs 18.50 crore in IPL 2023. England all-rounder Sam Curran may also get a huge amount in the IPL 2025 mega auction.
2- Will Jacques
Will Jacques was seen playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2024. Jacques had performed brilliantly in both batting and bowling departments. In such a situation, Will Jacques can achieve a price of more than Rs 15 crore on the second day of the auction, breaking Jos Buttler’s record.
3- Alzarri Joseph
West Indies fast bowler Alzarri Joseph was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 11 crore. This time also teams can spend big money on Joseph. Now it will be interesting to see which team spends how much money on Joseph this time.
4- Rowman Powell
West Indies’ star batsman Rovman Powell is known for his strong hitting. Powell can play the role of finisher in any team. In such a situation, teams would like to add Powell by making a big bid. Last season, Powell was seen playing for Rajasthan Royals.
