Infosys: Infosys, the country’s second largest IT services company, has announced to give 90 percent bonus to its eligible employees for their better performance for the second quarter of the current financial year 2024-25 ending in September.
According to ET, the bonus benefit will be given to medium and junior level employees in delivery and sales units. These numbers are a major part of the Bengaluru-headquartered software company’s more than 3.15 lakh employees.
The company said in the email sent to the employees that it will credit the bonus along with the salary for the month of November. However, the pay percentage varies depending on the employee’s performance and contribution for the quarter.

The email reads, “We have performed better in the second quarter with higher profits, further strengthening our market value. This success is a result of your unwavering dedication, our strategic focus on margin performance. Your commitment is the best test of our capabilities.” Thank you for your cooperation in helping us in construction and providing convenience to our customers.
Infosys has achieved business growth for the second consecutive quarter in the quarter ended September. In the September quarter, its consolidated earnings have increased by 4.7 percent on an annual basis to Rs 6,506 crore. At the same time, its total income has increased by 5.1 percent and it became Rs 40,986 crore. This time too, the company has not disclosed how much it is paying unit-wise in the email sent to the employees.
Let us tell you that to save cash, Infosys had banned salary increase in the financial year 2021-22. Started its annual appraisal cycle in October last year and issued pay revision letter for the last pay cycle in December 2023.
