Indian Overseas Bank Recruitment 2025 Apply for 750 posts at Iob.in Last Date Soon

If you also want to make a career in the banking sector, then this news is of great use to you. Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has issued a notification for recruitment to bumper apprentice posts. Under this recruitment process, qualified candidates will get a chance to work as apprentices in the bank. The process of online application has now started and interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of IOB by 9 March 2025.

According to the notification, a total of 750 posts of apprenticeship will be recruited in the bank through this recruitment drive. Let’s know what is the qualification and age required to apply for this recruitment?

Ability
To apply in this recruitment, the candidate must have a graduate in any stream from a recognized university/institute.

Age limit
The age of the candidate applying should be between 20 to 28 years according to 1 March 2025. However, reserved category candidates will be given exemption in the upper age limit as per rules.

Application fee will have to be paid so much
Candidates will have to pay the application fee to apply. The application fee in this recruitment is Rs 944 for general, OBC and EWS category candidates. At the same time, candidates of SC/ST category will have to deposit Rs 708 and PH (Divyang) category candidates will have to deposit Rs 472 as application fee.

Selection process
For selection in this recruitment, the candidates will have to undergo online writ test first. This exam will be of multiple choice (MCQ) type, in which 100 questions will be asked. There will be four main sections of the examination. Which are mentioned below. After successful in the online test, candidates will have to undergo the local language test. After this, selected candidates will be deployed in various fields.

General/Financing Awareness: 25 questions
General English: 25 questions
Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude: 25 Questions
Computer or subject knowledge: 25 questions

How much will it be stipend
Selected candidates will get monthly stipend according to their deployment location. The Metro Branch will be provided Rs 15,000 for Rs 15,000, Rs 12,000 in the urban area, and Rs 10,000 per month in the semi-uban/rural area.

Here, apply online in the “CAREERS” section or by going to the “Career Opportunities” section of the website www.bfsissc.com. Enter the details related to the application. Also deposit the prescribed fee. Submit the form and take out the print of it.
