India-Israel Relationship: The friendly relationship between India and Israel has been touching a new dimension in the last few years. In this episode, a large delegation of Israeli Business Forum was seen in Delhi today. When more than 100 businessman’s delegation from Israel gathered in Delhi to further intensify the business relationship between the two countries.

Both countries are facing terrorism

This summit held in Delhi was attended by Israeli’s economy and Industry Minister MK Neer Barkat and Israeli Ambassador Ruven Azar and Union Minister Piyush Goyal.

Addressing the program, Israeli Minister Barkat, while referring to the challenges in front of the two countries, said that just as Israel has been facing terrorism for many decades, India has also been facing terrorism for the last several decades.

Israel expressed his gratitude to PM Modi

Minister Barkat, referring to the attack on 7 October 2023 by Hamas, said that we are grateful to him for the way PM Modi supported us in the gruesome terrorist attack on October 7. The way Hamas attacked us, we did not see the picture of Hitler’s rule after the Nazi Holocaust. But it is our determination that we will stay away by ending Hamas.

Israel is facing jihadis

Speaking about the challenges in Israel, Minister Barkat said that at this time we are facing 7 fronts with jihadis. We are the only Jewish country in the whole world because we do not have any other place, so we have to win this fight and this DNA is also in our businessman.

Minister Barkat said that despite the war, Israeli businessman has increased our economy and has very deep relationship between PM Modi and PM Netanyahu. India is going to become the third largest economy very soon. Israel has done very well together with both Israel and India, but it is not enough right now. India is an emerging power and we want the Indian company to create infrastructure in Israel.

Speaking about Iran, Minister Barkat said that we have to ensure that Iran should never become nuclear power because it will be very dangerous not only for Israel but for the entire middle East.

Piyush Goyal mentions the pager

When Union Minister Piyush Goyal started his address, he used a word that everyone present in the program laughed and started clapping, and this word was Pager. As soon as Union Minister Goyal said the word Pager, the audience started laughing.
