IND vs NZ 2nd Pune Test Toss and Playing XI: The second Test between India and New Zealand is being played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. In the match, New Zealand won the toss and decided to bat. Captain Rohit Sharma has made three changes in the playing eleven of Team India for the match. Three changes took place in the form of KL Rahul, Mohammad Siraj and Kuldeep Yadav. In place of these three, Akash Deep, Shubman Gill and Washington Sundar were made part of the playing eleven.
There was a change in the New Zealand team. Fast bowler Matt Henry was out due to a minor injury. Spinner Mitchell Santner was included in the playing eleven in place of Henry. New Zealand captain Tom Latham said after winning the toss, “The match is very different to last week. There is not much grass. When we come to these parts of the world there may be a bit of spin as we expect. Obviously it’s a proud moment for this team, but our focus quickly shifted to the confidence we’ve built over the past week. Trying to get it back.”
