According to Accuweather, there is a possibility of about 80 percent rain in Kanpur on the second day of the test i.e. Saturday, September 28. The temperature is expected to be between 25 to 30 degrees. In such a situation, rain can spoil the fun of the fans on the second day also.
Rain troubled us on the first day
Due to rain on the very first day, the start of the game was delayed by 1 hour. Rain interfered several times during the match. Then the start of the second session was delayed by 15 minutes due to rain. The matter was not limited to this, due to rain the first day’s play was ended about 2 hours in advance.
Only 35 overs were played on the first day
In the match played at Green Park, the Indian team won the toss and decided to bowl. Due to rain, only 35 overs could be completed in the first day’s play. Bangladesh scored 107 runs on the board after losing 3 wickets in 35 overs. During this, fast bowler Akash Deep took 2 wickets for India and 1 wicket was in the name of star spinner Ravichandran Ashwin. Now it will be interesting to see how far the match reaches on the second day.
