IND vs AUS 1st Perth Test Highlights: The Indian team won the first match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy played against Australia in Perth. Team India defeated host Australia by 295 runs. India had set a target of 534 runs for Australia. In the run chase, the Kangaroo team was all out for 238 runs. During this period, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj took maximum 3-3 wickets for India.
While batting for India, Yashasvi Jaiswal scored the most runs in the second innings. Jaiswal scored 161 runs with the help of 15 fours and 3 sixes. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli scored a century (100*) with the help of 8 fours and 2 sixes. Whereas KL Rahul played an important inning of 77 runs with the help of 5 fours. Thanks to the brilliant innings of Jaiswal, Kohli and Rahul, Team India put a huge score of 487 runs on the board in the second innings and set a big target for Australia.
Indian captain Jasprit Bumrah took 8 wickets in the entire match, for which he was awarded the title of Player of the Match. Bumrah had made 5 Australian batsmen his victims in the first innings and 3 batsmen in the second innings.
