IKEA India has decided to give 365 days to the customers for exchange and return. Till now we have seen exchange and return policies ranging from one week to one month in this segment. However, IKEA India has extended it to a full year.
365 days exchange and return policy started
IKEA India said on Monday that we want to give customers a unique shopping experience. Through our 365-day exchange and return policy, we want to prove to customers that the reliability of our products is unmatched. Now under the new policy, home furniture and furnishing accessories can be returned in original packaging or assembled. If customers want, they can also buy a new product. We want customers to take our product to their home and test it. If they do not find it comfortable, fit or useful, they can return it anytime within a year.
The company named it ‘Change of Mind Policy’
IKEA India has named it ‘Change of Mind’ policy. The Indian subsidiary of Swedish furniture retail company IKEA has said that this is our effort to win the trust of the customer. The company’s commercial manager India, Adosh Sharma said that we want to eliminate all the problems of exchange and return through the Change of Mind policy. We want the customer to focus only on decorating his house. He does not have to think about anything else. Customers can return the goods by coming to the store and if they want, we will collect the product from their house as well.
