Eat almonds daily to remove vitamin E deficiency. Include mustard seeds in the diet. Use wheat seeds, sunflowers, kusum and soybean oil. Eat peanut butter and peanuts. Include beetroot, collard greens, spinach, pumpkin, red capsicum, asparagus and mangoes and avocado in the vegetables. This can help in completing the deficiency of vitamin E in the body.
