The ICC team will first review the facilities provided in Karachi, after which the team will go to Islamabad on September 20 and review the facilities provided in Lahore at the end of the week. security system check
There is news of security arrangements being inspected in Pakistan. ICC’s Security Manager David Makar, Head of Events Chris Tetley and International Board’s pitch consultant Andy Atkinson have visited Pakistan on a total of 3 occasions since April. Since major accidents have happened in Pakistan before, the board does not want to relax the security arrangements in any way.
Let us tell you that efforts are being made to equip the three big grounds located in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad with world-class facilities for the Champions Trophy 2025. But if Pakistani media is to be believed, the construction work being done in the grounds by the Pakistan Cricket Board is behind schedule.
