Breathing pollution i.e. poisonous air causes the same harm as smoking 12 cigarettes a day. It can damage the lungs. Staying in this air can cause serious heart diseases.
Risk of skin cancer due to pollution
Experts say that prolonged exposure to pollution can lead to the risk of skin cancer. Actually, polluted air contains many types of harmful small particles, among which volatile organic compounds, polycyclic aromatic pollutants and particulate matter are very prominent. It is not easy to wash out these particles after entering the body. Gradually they start causing serious damage to the skin and can become fatal.

The most damage to the skin is caused by pollution

How to protect skin from the danger of pollution
1. Keep the skin moisturized. Apply coconut oil and good moisturizer cream.
2. Do not bathe with too hot water.
3. Drink plenty of water to keep the skin hydrated.
4. Go outside only with your skin covered.
5. Do not go for a walk when there is heavy traffic.
6. Take full care of food. Eat green leafy vegetables, whole grains and fruits.
