Baba Ramdev recipe to increase hemoglobin
1. Carrot-beetroot and pomegranate juice
If you want that there is no deficiency of hemoglobin in your body, then start drinking carrot-beetroot and pomegranate juice. All three things are very powerful and consuming them regularly can increase hemoglobin levels.
2. Lemongrass Juice
Ayurvedic herb lemongrass helps in improving hemoglobin level along with compensating blood deficiency in the body. Make juice by taking aloe vera, pomegranate and beetroot with lemongrass and consume it regularly. The difference will be visible in 7 days.

Figs and dates are rich in iron. Regular consumption of both helps in protecting from blood deficiency and anemia. If you soak raisins overnight and eat them in the morning and drink its water, hemoglobin can increase quickly.
