One should avoid eating deep fried things like pakodas and fried chicken. The dirtiest type of fat is found in these foods, which is called trans fats. This is one of the biggest reasons for increasing bad cholesterol.

If you eat a lot of junk food like burgers, pizza and pasta, then be careful, because butter, cream, cheese and many artificial ingredients are used to make them, which help in accumulating cholesterol in the veins.
