Kicha Siddip was born in a Kannada family on 2 September 1973 in Shimoga, Karnataka. He started his career with Kannada films.

Sudeep’s father has a big hotel business, so he is financially strong. He studied mechanical engineering from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering.

During his college days, he used to be a university level cricket player but later he developed an interest in acting. Sudeep started his acting career with the TV serial ‘Premada Kadambari’.

In the year 2001, Sudeep started his film career with the Kannada film Huccha. After this, he did films like ‘Nandi’ and ‘Swathi Muthyam’. All these three films were superhits and he received the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for three consecutive years.

Kichcha Sudeep made his Bollywood debut with the film Phoonk in 2008. This was Ram Gopal Varma’s film and after this Sudeep also did films like ‘Foonk 2’ and ‘Raktacharitra’.

In the year 2019, Kicha Sudeep worked as a villain in Salman Khan’s film Dabangg. Sudeep had told in an interview that he has been a fan of Salman Khan and he enjoyed working with him.
