Govinda Daughter Tina Left Acting: Tina Ahuja, daughter of Bollywood superstar Govinda, started her acting career in 2015 with Second Hand Husband alongside Gippy Grewal and Dharmendra. Although she could not make a very successful career in acting, Tina continued to work in some music videos occasionally. Tina recently revealed in an interview that she has said goodbye to acting and also told what she is doing now.

During a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Tina Ahuja revealed the challenges she faced as a star kid and confessed that her journey in films did not go as expected. She told how due to some hesitation due to her being Govinda’s daughter, no casting director wanted to audition her.
Tina said, “I moved on very quickly because, after a while, it was annoying to me when people would say, ‘You have an institute at home, why are you taking it out?’ So I was like, you know, this is very disturbing. After a point, I was like, ‘How many times do I have to answer the same question over and over again?’… I don’t need to drive home by the grace of God or anything like that.”

When Tina was asked whether she got an offer to join the reality show? To this she said, “I have, but I’m not very comfortable… I’m not good at arguing… I think your art should speak for you, to you. I think a Something like a good short film, a good music video, a good project or a web series is better, but you know, like, I can’t argue, I can’t do all that and I don’t think I can spend my morning. I can personally survive without a routine… I Can’t leave my morning routine and my prayers and everything.
Tina talks openly about misconceptions about star kids
Regarding the stereotype related to being a ‘star kid’, Tina revealed that many people had assumed that she would not be ready for the audition or look test. Tina said, “People thought, ‘She is Govinda’s daughter, so she will not be ready for the look test. But I was. If people want to create stories about me in their minds then I can’t do anything about it.
What is Tina Ahuja doing now after leaving acting?,
Further in the interview, Tina told that she now works closely with her father and helps him in his projects. Because of this, there has been a positive change in her life, because due to this she has come closer to her father and is now enjoying a more relaxed life. Having chosen ‘Plan B’, Tina has now learned to embrace the advantages of coming from a privileged family and stay away from the social pressure to follow her father’s career path and make her mark in cinema.
