Gautam Gambhir All Time Indian Team Playing XI: Indian cricket team’s head coach Gautam Gambhir selected Team India’s all-time XI for all formats. Gambhir included former Indian captain MS Dhoni in his XI. Apart from this, he also included many veterans of Team India. Gambhir included only 2 fast bowlers. Apart from this, he did not include Rohit Sharma, one of the legendary ODI openers, in the team.
Coach Gambhir did not give place to fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah in his team. Currently, Bumrah is one of the best fast bowlers not only in ODIs but also in all three formats. Bumrah has proved his mettle in all three formats. Gambhir chose left-handed Zaheer Khan and Irfan Pathan as fast bowlers in his team. Gambhir chose this team while talking to ‘Sportskeeda’.
Rohit Sharma was not given a place
Whenever there is a discussion about legendary opening batsmen in the history of cricket, Rohit Sharma will obviously be included in it. However, head coach Gambhir did not include him in his all-time XI. He included Virender Sehwag and himself in the team as openers.

Apart from this, Gambhir chose Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh as batsmen. Apart from this, he included veteran spinners Anil Kumble and Ravichandran Ashwin in the team.
