He told that Karan, Jeet, Pranav and Sagar have promised him that they will together take the Adani Group forward like a family. Work is going on to decide the responsibilities of everyone. Pranav Adani said that even though we are looking after different businesses, we still stand with each other like a team. We have lunch together and discuss daily things. The Adani family controls Adani Enterprises through a family trust. When Gautam Adani retires, everyone will have equal stakes in this trust. Karan Adani said that in the last 15 years we have tried a lot to simplify the structure of the group’s companies. Jeet Adani said that we have seen our father and uncles working together. We will also move forward on this model.
