Company CEO Neeti Sharma said that the tech industry is going through a phase of change. In such a situation, considering the market, the demand for things like AI and cloud computing has increased in companies. Investing in skill programs has now become a compulsion for companies. Companies like Accenture, TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and HCL Tech are also training their employees. Also, in new hiring, they are looking for people who have these skills.
