Enviro Infra Engineers IPO: Enviro Infra Engineers Limited’s IPO (Enviro Infra Engineers IPO) has had a great listing on the stock exchange. The stock with an issue price of Rs 148 is listed on NSE at Rs 220 with a listing gain of 48.65 percent. Whereas Enviro Infra shares are listed at Rs 218 on BSE with a jump of 47.30 percent. That means investors have got a bumper profit of Rs 70 to 72 per share. The stock is now trading at Rs 218 after touching a high of Rs 233.70 on NSE. The market cap of the company has reached Rs 3889 crore.
Company raised Rs 650 crore
The IPO of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited opened on 22 November and closed on 27 November 2024. The company has fixed the price band of Rs 140 to 148 per share for shares with face value of Rs 10 and the company has raised Rs 650.43 crore through IPO. The company’s employees have been given a discount of Rs 13 per share in the IPO. In this, Rs 572.46 crore has been raised through fresh issue and Rs 77.97 crore has been raised through offer for sale.
Strong response received from investors
The IPO of Enviro Infra Engineers has received a strong response from investors. The IPO has closed with a total of 89.90 times subscription, in which the reserve quota for institutional investors has been subscribed 157.05 times, the quota for non-institutional investors has been subscribed 153.80 times and the reserve quota for retail investors has been subscribed 24.48 times.
Financial performance is excellent
If we look at the financial performance of the company, the company’s revenue in the financial year 2023-24 has been Rs 738 crore, which is 116 percent more than last year. The net profit of the company in the financial year was Rs 110.54 crore, which is 110 percent more than the previous financial year. Enviro Infra Engineers was formed in 2009. The company is involved in design, construction, operation of waste-water treatment plants and water supply projects of government agencies.
