The company will give free Lamborghini cars to homebuyers purchasing luxury villas in its housing projects. Through this offer, the company aims to attract people who like high-end cars along with buying houses in premium real estate projects.
Realtor Gaurav Gupta, who helps HNI-NRI clients in real estate investment and tracks the real estate market of NCR, has given this information on social media platform X. Gaurav Gupta wrote, a new villa project is coming in Noida for Rs 26 crore which will give a Lamborghini Urus to the buyers.

Gaurav Gupta writes, PLC, car parking and other charges are not included in Rs 26 crore. He has shared the price details of the villa, according to which the BSP of the Category-1 villa is Rs 26 crore. Apart from this, Rs 50 lakh will have to be paid separately for Golf Facing PLC, Rs 30 lakh for car parking, Rs 7.5 lakh for club membership, Rs 7.5 lakh for electricity infrastructure and Rs 7.5 lakh for power backup. That means the total price of this villa will be around Rs 270,250,000 (Rs 27 crore 2 lakh 50 thousand).

A user Rahul Dev writes that buyers will have to go to RERA for a flat and consumer court for a car. It seems that the lawyers have prepared a scheme.
