IPL 2025: Dinesh Karthik will be seen in the IPL 2025 match between RCB and RCB Royal Challengers Bangalore has entrusted an important responsibility to Dinesh Karthik. He has been made the batting coach and mentor of RCB ahead of IPL 2025. RCB has shared a post on social media regarding this. Karthik retired from IPL last season. His career so far has been great. But now Karthik will be seen in a new role. Karthik has played for other teams in IPL along with RCB. He has also had a great record in international cricket.
Actually RCB has shared a post on Instagram. Through this it was told that Karthik has been given the responsibility of mentor and batting coach. The team wrote, “Karthik is returning to RCB with a new avatar. Dinesh Karthik will be the batting coach and mentor of the RCB men’s team. You can take someone out of cricket. But you cannot take cricket out of him.”
Karthik has had a strong IPL career –
If we look at Dinesh Karthik’s IPL performance so far, it has been excellent. Karthik has played 257 matches. During this, he has scored 4842 runs. Karthik has scored 22 half-centuries. His best score has been 97 not out. The last season was great for Karthik. However, after this he announced his retirement. Karthik scored 326 runs in 15 matches in 2024. He has also been successful as a finisher. Karthik scored two half-centuries last season.
