Petrol Diesel Rate: The central government has cleared the way for petrol and diesel to become cheaper. For this, a decision has been taken to rationalize inter-state freight transportation. Due to this decision, customers will get better services and there will be no increase in the rates of petrol and diesel. This will make petrol and diesel cheaper in many places. With this decision of the Central Government, the years old demand of petrol pump dealers will also be fulfilled.
The decision will be implemented later in election states
Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said on Tuesday that this reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of bringing even remote areas at par with the rest of the country in terms of facilities. The central government is connecting the north-eastern states with world-class road, air and rail infrastructure.
There will be huge reduction in petrol and diesel rates
Due to this decision, the price of petrol in Kunanpally and Kalimela in Malkangiri, Odisha will be reduced by Rs 4.69 and Rs 4.55 respectively. Besides, diesel rates will also be reduced by Rs 4.45 and Rs 4.32 respectively. Similarly, in Sukma, Chhattisgarh, the price of petrol will decrease by Rs 2.09 and the price of diesel will decrease by Rs 2.02. The increase in dealer commission will also provide better services to the approximately 7 crore people who visit our petrol pumps across the country every day.
10 lakh employees work at 83 thousand petrol pumps
The fulfillment of this demand pending for the last 7 years will bring happiness and joy in the lives of petrol pump dealers and approximately 10 lakh employees working at more than 83,000 petrol pumps across the country. Hardeep Singh Puri said that The path to these historic decisions was paved by the positive decisions taken by the Modi government and all petrol dealer associations. We met several times during the last few months. We have also agreed to withdraw all pending court cases.
