DPL T20 2024 PD 6 Vs SDS Highlights: A league started in 2024 for Delhi cricketers, which includes top cricketers of IPL as well as star players of the Indian cricket team. The name of this league is Delhi Premier League T20 (DPL T20 2024). This is the first edition. The first match of this league was played on 17 August at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. South Delhi won due to half centuries of Badoni and Priyansh
In the very first match of Delhi Premier League T20, South Delhi Superstars captain Ayush Badoni and opener Priyansh Arya rocked the innings. Priyansh Arya scored 57 runs in 30 balls at a strike rate of 190. Captain Ayush Badoni scored 57 runs in 29 balls at a strike rate of 196.55. Apart from this, Ayush Badoni also took a wicket.
South Delhi Superstars vs Old Delhi 6 Highlights
South Delhi Superstars won the toss and decided to bowl first. Old Delhi 6, who came to bat first, did not have a good start. Manjeet was out in 2.5 overs. After this, openers Arpit Rana and Rishabh Pant played brilliant innings. Arpit Rana scored 59 runs in 41 balls at a strike rate of 143.90 and Rishabh Pant scored 35 runs in 32 balls at a strike rate of 109.38. Old Delhi managed to score 197 runs by losing three wickets in 20 overs.
In response, South Delhi Superstars had a great start. The first three batsmen played amazing innings. But after the dismissal of these three, South Delhi’s team faltered completely. But somehow Vision Panchal and Digvesh Rathi managed the innings in the last moments and managed to score 198 runs by losing 7 wickets in 19.1 overs. After which South Delhi Superstars defeated Old Delhi 6 by three wickets.
