Along with this, Dial has demanded separate user fees on passengers landing and climbing from domestic aircraft for busy and non-disturbing hours. Dial has said that the proposed fee for domestic flight passengers is Rs 315 to 610 per person in the busy period. At the same time, the proposed fee for domestic passengers is Rs 115-210 per person in non-distressing time. The time from 5 am to 8.55 am at Delhi Airport and from 6 pm to 8.55 pm is busy.
