Brijesh Goyal, Chairman of the Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI), a Delhi -based organization, and General Secretary Vishnu Bhargava said that this year the number of Holi Milan celebrations has increased four times this year. Small and big programs are being held everywhere, due to which the market is bright and all traders are benefiting.
More than 5000 Holi Milan Program
This time more than 5000 Holi meeting programs are being held in Delhi. Market Association, Social Institutions and Resident Welfare Association (RWA) are organizing massively. Holi of Gulal and Flowers, cultural presentations and spectacular food are the specialty of these events.
CTI General Secretary Gurmeet Arora and senior vice-president Deepak Garg said that these programs will provide tremendous benefits to tent houses, catering, sound-DJ, event organizer, dress seller, sweets businessman, flower seller, liquor businessmen and decorators.
All 700 markets of Delhi will be closed on March 14
CTI Chairman Brijesh Goyal said that more than 700 markets including Kashmiri Gate, Chandni Chowk, Chawdi Bazar, Sadar Bazar, Karol Bagh, Connaught Place, Lajpat Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Rohini, Shahdara, Krishna Nagar, Tilak Nagar will be completely closed on 14 March. On March 13, after noon, functioning in the wholesale markets will stop, so that traders and employees can prepare for Holi. Many factories will also be closed in industrial areas.
There is a huge demand for colorful and atomizer
This time there is a tremendous demand for gulal, color, atomizer, sweets and decorative items. Crowds of buyers are gathering in major markets like Sadar Bazar, Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh and Lajpat Nagar. CTI Vice President Rahul Adalkha and Rajesh Khanna said that employees working in shops and factories are also eager to celebrate the festival with their family on Holi. Many workers go to their village to celebrate Holi. Traders are expected to make tremendous profits from this time business. The celebration of Holi has made the entire market colorful.
